Point of Sale issue

Hi,
      I'm looking to book a flight to Beijing (28 June) - when I check expertflyer the flight looks pretty wide open in premium classes F9 A9 J9 C9 D9 R9 I9 W9 E9 T7 Y9 B9 H9 K9 M9 G0 but when I change point of sale to UK I get the same but with an IC (meaning I class is closed). Obviously when I try and book on BA.com I get a pretty expensive fare. Has anyone any experience of whether BA will reopen this fare class given it seems far from sold out?
